荧光AF染料是具有磺化基团的荧光物质。AF染料带负电荷，具有亲水性高、亮度高、光稳定性强、仪器相容性好、对pH不敏感等特点。AF染料的激发峰适用于激光光谱，发射峰较窄，抗猝灭性强，有利于多种荧光标记。一般它的规格也是多样的，包括AF430，AF647，AF568，AF488等一系列的。Fluorescent AF dyes are fluorescent substances with sulfonated groups. AF dye is negatively charged and has the characteristics of high hydrophilicity, high brightness, strong light stability, good instrument compatibility and insensitivity to pH. The excitation peak of AF dye is suitable for laser spectrum. The emission peak is narrow, and the anti quenching property is strong, which is conducive to a variety of fluorescent labeling.
